We conceptualised the FEDISA “Destination Fashion” campaign to promote SA’s leading fashion school to students nationwide.
The objective of the campaign was to promote FEDISA’s BA Degree in Fashion Design and all the various career opportunities that this accredited degree could lead to.
The campaign was promoted through various print elements (incl. campus posters and brochures) and directed interested students to a responsive microsite where they could read more about the various career opportunities. We featured a number of FEDISA’s alumni who have all gone on to establish successful careers in the fashion industry.
To further promote and strengthen the campaign, visitors to the microsite were able to enter a competition to win an Apple iPad Mini. The data captured via the entry form allowed us to, amongst other sets of data, segment the entries according to their specific careers of interest. This enables us to send highly effective, customized communications in the future on an opt-in basis.
At the time of writing this, the campaign was still running and the preliminary performance of the campaign looked very promising. We’ll update this case study as soon as we have the final analytical data.
